Hebrew forums in forums.kde.org

Hi All,

I would like  to announce that forums.kde.org have a localized 
(lokalized?) forum at:
http://forum.kde.org/hebrew-f-87.html

The forum is currently LTRed which makes it kind of hard to read/write 
messages on it, but the team is working on finding an optimal solution 
(any phpbb3 hackers here?).

I would like to thank Ben, the KDE Community Forums Administrator, for 
his great work and all the hackers working on the forum.
