I hope I have not missed an answer to this problem. I am using Suse 10.2 and I have found that if I wish to burn an .mp3 file to CD-R, despite it being only 80MB, k3b indicates that the file is too large and will not fit on the 700MB CD-R, almost as if it is still the .wav file from which it was converted. The .mp3 file has been converted from .wav at 96bps using k3b. This problem does not occur with Nero on Win XP. Can any one suggested what I am missing in the setup of k3b. I have been through all the preferences and as yet I have not yet found this reported as a problem by other users. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/MP3-Files-Fill-CD-R-Even-Tho%27-They-Are-Alot-Smaller-In-size.-tf4248035.html#a12089316 Sent from the k3b-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
