This is right on the limit of what a single layer disk can handle. It might be that, due to rounding, you can't see that the file is bigger than a single layer disk will handle. Also, check the amount of free space where the temporary files are going to be written. IIRC, K3b defaults to using /tmp and on my system, that's way too small to cope with 4Gig. So try setting the temporary files area to somewhere in ~, but make sure it's an empty directory. If you need to try with a dual layer disk, it goes without saying (I hope) that you need a drive that can burn dual layer disks. > 2. Add the files to your project, and select "Burn" When the dialogue box comes up, tick "Only create image".
