Strange write error at the very end of burning DVD-R Video

HI K3b,

I'm running under Debian lenny (testing), kept fully up to date as of
2008-02-18, so as to be able to get K3b version 1.0.4 (Debian Etch has
a very old version of K3b).  This is on an AMD64 machine, and Debian
is built specifically for AMD64 (installed from the Debian website,
not built from scratch).

I'm am trying to write 3.6GB worth of DVD Video to TDK 4.7GB DVD-R
media, but it fails at the very end of the write (see log below).
Because of this failure, K3b then of course does not proceed with the
verify. However, I am able to at least view the burned media in Totem.
Now, I guess I could just leave well enough alone, but since it fails,
I cannot do the verify step to prove that the media got written
properly.

This is using a internal SATA LG 18x Super Multi DVD Rewriter
(GSA-H62N). I have not done any firmware upgrades on this drive.
