No, as far as I know I am not using the "testing repository". Synoptic
lists several repositories. At first I assumed they were all mirrors
of each other. Then I discovered the one I first chose had little in
it, and the others had much more. So, I activated several for the
search option.

I didn't ask this question to the PCLinuxOS group, but should I just be
using one repository? And if so, which one? A user wants access to
all possible applications - of course.

Darn, you beat me to the punch <g>. I'm using K3b to copy some audio CDs as I
type this, using PCLinuxOS and k3b ver 1.0.5. Are you using a version out of
the testing repo, by any chance?
