K3B will not rip into mp3's

Hello,


I'm using Mandriva 2009 One with KDE 4




I have the following command for the Lame encoder in the K3b external 
audio encoder but K3b still will not rip an audio CD to mp3





/usr/bin/lame -h --tt %t --ta %a --tl %m --ty %y - %f





I get an error that says the command failed.





Lame is in two location's /usr/local/bin and /usr/bin I have tried them 
both but neither one works, Lame works because I can rip an audio CD 
into Mp3 using kaudiocreator.





could you help me figure this out?
