Change default ripping settings

Hi All,
When I use k3b to rip a cd I almost always use the same settings but they are not the default settings that are displayed when I first open the Ripping Tool.
For instance it always defaults to ogg but I want mp3.
So I have to click the "restore saved settings" button.
Any way to set it so it starts with my usual settings?
