Write Speed in k3b 1.68.0_alpha3

Hi

I use a actual k3b in gentoo. After an update is k3b with wodim installed 
(1.68.0_alpha3). The old k3b runs perfect. But in the new version, k3b burns 
only with 4x speed. I use a Pioneer DVD-RW  DVR-111 (P-ATA) max 16x speed. I 
think its a driver problem. Where can i see what driver k3b uses and where can 
i change it. Where are the possible writespeeds shown before burning?
