KDE processes left running on gnome after exit.

Hi All,

Might be nothing, but I've recently started using K3B (with Gnome on  
Ubuntu 9.10) in preference to Brasero. When I finish with K3B I find that  
there are still KDE processes running. I feel like the KDE stuff should  
quit when K3B does, am I correct, does it even matter and if they should  
quit how can I configure them to quit.
