print/dialog
        - disables the complete print dialog. Selecting the print option will
          immediately print the selected document using default settings.
          Make sure that a system wide default printer has been selected.
          No application specific settings are honored.

I'm fairly sure that you can do this using the KDE -Kiosk framework, but can't 
remember the exact details

Have a good look for "KDE action restrictions" in google - I'm sure you'll 
find something.
