Some date/time changes

1) Finally -- I believe -- fixed the problem where specifying the same
date for start and end found nothing (unless it happened to be taken
at exactly midnight of the date in question).

2) Fixed problem where specifying a start date without an end date
would treat said start date as an end date.

3) Added 10-minute view to the date bar.  The gap between the minute
view and the hour view was just a bit too much.  This is useful if
you're photographing an event that lasts several hours, which seems
like a pretty common use case (for me, photographing a basketball game
or two or a football -- take your pick -- game).
