Re: Keywords with id=0?

The other option I was considering was to simply have initIdMap()
regenerate the map from scratch each time (or at least if any calls to
add(), rename(), or remove() were don).  Then we wouldn't have to
worry about manipulating the id map on the fly.  Thoughts?
