doble-click doesn't activate

Hi all,

I'm setting up a profile for anonymous users and I'd like the
doble-click activated.
But I can't seem to.
Activating it from the control center - Peripherals - Mouse does not work.

How should I go about setting this up?
Where could the problem be?
