Kdesktop Segfaults :(

Hmmm.... very strange but very repeatable.

If my profile kdeglobals contains the

	[KDE Action Restrictions][$i]
	editable_desktop_icons=false
	action/kdesktop_rmb=true
	....

then kdesktop segfaults on starting the kde session (from kdm or
nxclient/startkde).  Firing up kdesktop from a shell once the rest of
kde is up and running works fine.

Comment out the "editable_desktop_icons=false" line or set it to true
then kdesktop fires up with no problem.

	41% kdesktop --version
	Qt: 3.3.6
	KDE: 3.5.2
	KDesktop: 3.5.1
	42% kiosktool --version
	Qt: 3.3.6
	KDE: 3.5.2
	KIOSK Admin Tool: 1.0
	43% 

All on debian. Any ideas?
