kiosk lock down to one application

Hi !

I am rather new to KDE-kiosk.....
What I would like to do is: 
Remove 'everything' from the screen and give the user
the possibility to execute only:

-shutdown
-one application (my kiosk application)

Would this be possible ?
What is the best approach (start vith kiosk-admin and
remove app by app) ?
