Re: options background

I don't have a servicemenu folder.
I also don't have a KDE3 in /opt/  I am using Mandriva 2006.
Would really like to get this solved, as the students do it everytime they
login.
Have made all of skel read-only but they seem to be able to change it
because they have write permissions to where it saves the temporary
background etc.
