Timezone problem

Hi All,

Our kiosk profile has right-clicks on the panel locked down to stop
users creating menus to any apps they like which bypasses a lot of the
Kiosk security in place.  Our problem is that we have users in different
geographic locations that get the incorrect time and are unable to
right-click on the clock to correct this.  Can anyone think of some sort
of workaround - ie add a menu option to change the clock timezone?
