Since my new printer doesn't handle envelopes I'm out of practice, but these 
comments may help you.

#10 and DL are very similar in size.  They both can be used with an A4 sheet 
folded in 3 - and since Letter is just slightly smaller, either should work 
for you.

C4 is roughly the size for a sheet folded in half.
