I think that both points are valid; indeed people that have no clue about KDE but heard about one of the koffice apps have to be able to find the content. Which means the need for koffice.org stays. Maybe even other urls like krita.org. At the same time other people that *do* come from kde should be able to find the info on userbase as that is where they will start their search. I'm not sure what the best solution is, I kind of want to avoid having the same info in 2 places but I'm sure we can come up with something useful.
