I think Alexandra is definitely on the right lines. We all want to avoid duplication and to make maintaining the information as pain-free as possible. At the same time, whichever direction brings a user looking for information he needs to be able to find it. That is easily achieved by making sure that links are in place, both at the userbase end and at the koffice end. All that's required is to decide where the main bulk of user information should be. If you elect to keep it on koffice.org you keep total control of it, but you also have to do all the work yourself. If you put it on userbase there are willing hands to help, but you lose a measure of control. It has to be your decision.
