My koffice2 has no icons on the interface.

Hi,
  I just compiled koffice2 in my rhel5 box. Seems like the compilation is
nothing wrong. But when I start it, kword, kspread, there is NO icons on the
interface. The toolbar is just text, with blank spaces which there should be
icons. The toolbox panel is total empty, but the buttons are still on.

  Any idea what this is about? Thanks.
