(From Bugsquad KOfficeDay2)

1. Create a new document and insert some content (page-count 1)
2. Select File/Print Preview from the menu
Result: The preview is empty.

3. Append several pages
Result: The preview shows the first page's content, the other pages are empty.

Tested on: KWord, KSpread - probably a general thing.
