setting up a calendar

Hi,

I would like to set up calendars by entering the hours a team member is 
available during the week.

It seems I must manually re-enter the hours for each week for every week of the 
project (which is probably about 50). There is no option to copy or clone the 
week or the month to avoid this manual chore.

Am I correct or have I missed something?
