Integration Decision tracker into kPlato (?)

Hello!
I'm developer of Decision Tracker qDecision ( http://qdecision.sf.net ). In 
qDecision you can schedule meeting, define subject of meeting, questions to 
be discussed on the meeting, participants of meeting. Each subject can have 
Decision taken on it, due date, responsibles. To all participants and 
responsibles can be sent status/notification. For each meeting qDecision 
generates XML file that can be translated with XSL (one very simple is 
provided with sources ) and viewed with recent browsers (no need server-side 
translation). 
I see qDecision as part of kPlato with qD's addons such as:
- Each project/sub-project, task/sub-task can have problems/subjects discussed 
and decision taken on it.
- Support for interdependent subjects discussed.
