Hi I tried to emerge (gentoo) the latest version of kwintv, but it keeps 
saying I need to install kdelibs first. However I already have kdelibs 
installed - and am running KDE 3.2.

What can I do to pursuade the package to compile?

Also does this application support DVB TV? I have a winTV nova-t and I have 
the linuxtv DVB core installed and running.
