1) "I can't compile" is not a bug report. A MUCH more detailed description is 
neccessary.
2) I don't use Gentoo.
3) I know at least 2 people compiling kdetv 0.8.2 sucessfully on Gentoo. So 
it's likely that it is not a kdetv problem.
