kdetv 0.8.3 released

kdetv version 0.8.3 is released. You can download it at the usual places 
(see http://www.kdetv.org)

The most important changes since 0.8.2:

- New postprocess filters: Sharpness, Colour inversion, Chromakill, Mirror
- One more DScaler deinterlacer
- Format conversion to make kdetv work with cards that can only grab RGB
- Overscan is now set in percent instead of pixels
- More localizations (27 languages)
- A few bugfixes

Binary packages will become available during the next few days.
