Poll: Channel numbering default value

Hello,

due to the recent discussion I propose to change the channel numbering start 
value to a default of "1". It seems most countries have a default of "1" and 
a majority of people seem to prefer this default.

So a short poll: Who wants "1", who wants "2"?

I vote for "1".
