kdetv 0.8.4 released

kdetv version 0.8.4 is released. You can download it at the usual places 
(see http://www.kdetv.org)

The most important changes since 0.8.3:

- No more image size flicker when using overscan
- Full x86-64 support (including all deinterlacers)
- Experimental v4l2 plugin (enable compilation in plugins/video/Makefile.am)
- kdetv now requires KDE 3.2 and above
- The usual minor bugfixes

Binary packages will become available during the next few days.
