New snapshot "0.8.5. rc1"

Hello,

a new kdetv snapshot is available. Changes since 0.8.4:

- v4l2 plugin is enabled
- kdetv now uses "control lists" internally. Therefore, the user can adjust 
all parameters a v4l2 driver provides.
- control lists are saved PER DEVICE in channel file
- libzvbi proxy daemon support
- libzvbi 0.2.9 crash fixed
- kdetv menus can now be accessed via keyboard (focus problem)
- plugin actions are now in "Configure Shortcuts" dialog
- kdetv plugins are now versioned. That should finally fix the "wrong plugin 
loaded" problems (vanished devices etc).

I plan to release kdetv 0.8.5 in < 3 weeks (time for i18n).
