Green bar on the right of the screen with new 0.8.4

I just updated from 0.8.0 to 0.8.4 on my gentoo box. Now there is a green bar on the right part of the screen (say, 10 % of the image width) Versions: Kdetv: 0.8.4 KDE: 3.3.2 Kernel: Gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.9-r1 X Server: XFree86-4.3.0 Thx for any clues
