kdetv and sound

Hello list,

I am trying to get out sound of kdetv but with no luck.
Here is my config.
alsa (realtek alc850, this is the soundcard one can find on the nforce4 based 
boards).
arts in able to play sound with alsa as backend, but in not running if I want 
to use kdetv.
I have installed kmix, kamix, and alsamixer and player with the line in as 
surround button like I found in the net but I was not able to get sound out 
of my box.
Does someone know how to solve this?
