PAL-M Format and strange settings

if your are interested at all TV-NORMS and their working, i can send you 
a copy as PDF.
Otherwise have a look at HTTP:\\www.etsi.org

For normal settings to a tv-tuner, the specs. are not needed. Because 
teht tunerchip did it for you. You only have to know which 
bitcombination depends on the tv-norm and which register is used by the 
tunerchip.
