KdeTV error " Unable to Grab display" v4l plugin configuration error"

Hi

I am using  compro tv mate tv tuner and fm tuner card
it is a philips chipset saa7134

My system configuration

AMD65 3500+
1GB Ram
msi 6600GT gpu

i installed kdetv when i start the kdetv i am getting error
 unable to grab display
Video display is not possible with the current plugin configuration . 
try playing with the configuration options of V4L plugin.

I really dont know how to trouble shoot this error

Any help is appericated
