Possible license violation of KDE icons found

Hello, I've stumbled on a proprietary product (billing and customer management for webhosting companies) which uses KDE icons without acknowledment or mention of KDE. I don't know KDE icons exact license terms, but even with a most liberal license the user should at least acknowledge the original author I believe. And if KDE icons license is GPL or alike, then they have no right to use them in a proprietary product at all, with or without an ack. I thought I ought to report this.
