Hmm... it might make it more obvious.  And I think it should be Lesser.

This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public
License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
version 2 of the GNU Library General Public License, or (at your
option) version 2.1 or 3 of the GNU Lesser General Public License,
or, at the discretion of KDE e.v. (which shall act as a proxy as in 
section 14 of version 3 of the License), any later version.

It should be noted that the wording of the license itself make it an "at 
your option" situation, but it could look like KDE e.v. gets to choose 
which of 2, 2.1 or 3 you distribute it under.

Apparently TT's legal department are already reviewing GPLv3.  My guess 
is they'll dual-license it under v2 or v3 at some point.  Or they might 
just add GPL v3 to the exemptions, which should be enough for our 
purposes, I think.
