Name it program or library in LGPL reference text?

Hi,

the entry for LGPL Header on 
http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Policies/Licensing_Policy#LGPL_Header
says:
"...
You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public 
License along with this program.  If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
"

Shouldn't this be "this library" instead of "this program", as it is in the 
other paragraphs of the text?
