twain.h in kdegraphics

Hi,

A couple a days ago I checked the Krazy2 status of libksane in kdegraphics and 
found a warning about twain.h. The file is a direct copy from www.twain.org. 
The header in the file contains "All rights reserved" and a bunch of company 
names, but the license on http://www.twain.org/license.shtm is more BSD like.

Could there be a problem  with having this file in kdegraphics? If I don't get 
any objections I will leave the file there, as it is only the API for Twain.
