With that, as much as I hate that, Oxygen fonts would be out of question for the free roleplaying system we are writing. I am not willing to take that legal risk.

So I hope it will not come to that. Especially since it is also inconsistent with the licensing of the rest of Oxygen. And you cannot only distribute an adapted font with a program and at the same time offer the sources in a versiontracking system which has a web interface.
