Question about companies' trademarks etc

Hi

I would like to make a reference to a product from a certain company,
that is known by its trademarked name. (The specific product in
question being "Radian (TM)" eyepiece Tele Vue Optics, Inc.

The company is based in the U.S.

What would be the most appropriate way to use their trade name to
refer to the same product within KStars? I want to provide a list of
eyepiece types, and I would like to have these eyepieces on the list.

Should I also add a statement somewhere that I do not endorse their
products and this is just listed as an eyepiece type?
