common public license

Hi,

For Krita and Calligra we created wix-based installers so we could give 
people an msi instead of a setup.exe. Wix is open source, and release by 
Microsoft under the Commone Public License 1.0 
(http://opensource.org/licenses/cpl1.0.php). I couldn't find this license 
in the list at http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/Licensing_Policy.

On the other hand, I really want to share our installer code, and I would 
prefer to be able to push it to a KDE hosted repository instead of github 
or gitorious.

Would it be possible to extend the list of allowed licenses with this 
license for installers only?
