Ah, this is the "progress widget" stuff which got copied from KMail, I see.
I was wondering when I contributed to kdevelop :-)

Yes, no problem for using GPL 2-or-later instead of GPL 2, both for my 
contributions and for the 'copyright KDAB' file.
