ok to link against macstl?

I am planning on developing a kde application. It uses some heavy math and I
was hopping to use the excellent library macstl (
http://www.pixelglow.com/macstl/)

The problem is that macstl is licensed under the RPL, (
http://www.pixelglow.com/macstl/license/) which is not GPL compatible.

I am going to make my program GPL + exception for macstl. So my program will
link to kdelibs+qt (GPL) and macstl (RPL). The program itself will be
released under GPLv2.

My question is: would that violate the qt / kdelibs license and render the
program undistributable?
