Konqueror 4.14,3 Same bug never fixed.

I notice that with the current version of Konqueror (4.14.3) that if you 
detach a tab that it doesn't have a View Profile.  It just uses the 
Default settings, and that, unfortunately means the users settings for 
toolbars are not used.

I think that this programing error has always existed since View Profile 
was incorrectly implemented and was never fixed.
