I use Gentoo and there is a package called qtwebengine. It sounds like
it isn't installed on your system or less possible it is looking in the
wrong place. I don't know what distro you use but here is the info I
have here.
[I] dev-qt/qtwebengine
Available versions: (5) 5.12.3(5/5.12)^t 5.12.5(5/5.12)^t
5.13.2(5/5.13)^t (~)5.14.0(5/5.14)^t{tbz2}
{alsa bindist debug designer geolocation jumbo-build pax_kernel
pulseaudio +system-ffmpeg +system-icu test widgets}
Installed versions: 5.14.0(5/5.14)^t{tbz2}(10:57:09 PM
01/14/2020)(alsa system-ffmpeg system-icu widgets -bindist -debug
-designer -jumbo-build -pax_kernel -pulseaudio -test)
Homepage: https://www.qt.io/
Description: Library for rendering dynamic web content in
Qt5 C++ and QML applications
Hope that helps.
