Panel and menus are in a mess

A failed configuration of my WACOM-Tablet (with SAX) has mixed up all my panel 
and worse, my KDE-menus. Under my test-user i still find the old look. There 
should be a way to copy this configuration to my "normal"-user. How can I do 
that?
