Kmail - i18n

Hi all,

I'm an arabic user of KDE (Tunisian), I wanna ask if there's any way to get 
kmail looks the arabic way .... I'll explain :

when using default language (english), being on the left the folder frame of 
kmail looks this way :
- --Local Folders
  |___ Inbox
  |___ outbox ....etc

now when using the arabic locale setting, the frame come to the right and 
still looks the same way (of course the language used is arabic) we get 
something like this (in arabic):

								--Local folders
								  |___ Inbox
								  |___ etc .....

someone has an idea ?
