Main Panel/Toolbar Icon size not adjustable

I have got Suse 10.0 with KDE 3.4.2 and I tried to adjust the size of the =

icons in the main panel / tollbar. (The main panel / toolbar ist the panel =

that shows up when you click on the KDE or Suse icon on the bottom left of =

your desktop.) =
