KDE doesn't run any ActiveX without quite some gymnastics and installing some 
unreleased software from out of CVS (Reaktivate)

I think you can rest assured that this will not happen.

KMail does not allow remote url's of any kind to be fetched, as they are a 
privacy issue, and widely used by spammers to find out which email addresses 
are being read.  Javascript can be turned on or off either entirely, or on a 
domain by domain basis.
