Earthlink.net Webmail via Konqueror

Does anyone know what must be configured in konqueror to
make Earthlink's WebMail work properly? Earthlink.net's
support says konqueror must accept cookies amd ise
128 bit encryption to work.

Does Konqueror support 128 bit encryption?

If so, how can I tell whether 128-bit encryption is enabled?
